- Card with samples of signatures and seal imprints - notarized 2 copies.
- Copy of certificate confirming the entrepreneurial activity
- Copy of TIN (Tax Identification Number)
- Copy of passports of responsible persons
- Maktubi Akhboroti from the Tax Inspectorate
- Bank account agreement (sample of MDO "MATIN")
List of documents for legal entities (residents)
- Application for opening an account (approved form MDO "MATIN")
- Card with samples of signatures and seal imprints - notarized 2 copies.
- Copy of the certificate of state registration
- A copy of the charter, regulation of constituent documents certified by a notary
- Copy of TIN (Tax Identification Number)
- Maktubi Akhboroti from the Tax Inspectorate (original)
- Copy of passports of responsible persons
- A copy of the order on the appointment of the head and chief accountant of the legal entity faces
- Extract (Invoice) from the unified tax register
- Bank account agreement (sample of MDO "MATIN)
