Yusupov Ayubjon Kenjaboevich

Yusupov Ayubjon Kenjabaevich is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LLC MDO “MATIN”.
In 1970, he graduated with a gold medal from Secondary School No. “Kommunist” in the city of Kanibadam. In 1975, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Tajik State University named after V.I. Lenin (now Tajik National University).
From 1976 to 1979, he pursued postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Until 1988, he worked as a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Differential Equations at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
From 1996 to 2000, he served as Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Computer and Information Technologies at the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics. From 2000 to 2003, he worked as a trainer and credit expert at the international organization “Miloserdie.”
Since 2004, he has worked as an Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship. From 2009 to 2015, he served as Deputy Director for Education and Innovation. Since September 1, 2021, he has been a Professor at the Department of Higher Mathematics and Innovative Technologies of the Institute of Economics and Trade in Khujand.
From 2003 to 2016, he was the Executive Director of the public organization “Junior Achievement.”
He has extensive experience in corporate governance as a member of the Supervisory Board of IMON INTERNATIONAL, a member of the Board of Trustees of the IMON Microfinance Fund, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the public organization “Junior Achievement.”
He participated in international conferences and academic visits to the United Kingdom and Ireland (1997), USA (2002, 2012, 2014), Canada (2012), Sweden (2010, 2012), France (2012), Hungary (2005), South Korea (2005), Sri Lanka (2007), Indonesia (2008), India (2006), Malaysia (2008, 2011), and other countries, delivering presentations on economic development and youth entrepreneurship.
He is the author of more than 50 scientific articles and methodological manuals. He translated the books “Practical Economics” (1999), the three-volume “Fundamentals of Economics” (2005), “Principles of Economics” by Professor N. Gregory Mankiw (2011), “Global Business Ethics,” and others.
He has made a significant contribution to teacher training and the development of textbooks and methodological materials widely used in educational practice.
For his outstanding professional achievements, implementation of the directives of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, initiative and contribution to public life development, and active participation in socio-political and cultural events, he has been awarded industry honors including “Excellent Worker of Education of Tajikistan” and “Excellent Worker of Consumer Cooperation of Tajikistan.”
